I bought a fix and flip and got it 100% financed by the owner. I am on a 5 year note at 5% interest annually with a balloon payment due at the end of the 5 years. Is there a way to do a cashout refinance on this with zero equity. I bought it for $170k and it is now worth $255k.

I am getting ready to sell a flip I am finishing up, I don't want to use an agent and want to sell it on my own. I have a couple of questions: Where is your favorite place to list properties online? Do you recommend staging it solely for a photoshoot or  also for open-houses etc...?

I got into a flip kind of on accident, but I got a really good deal. I am close to finishing and selling it. I should profit close to 40-50k. Where can I rollover the money made there so I have that money work for me? Another flip? A rental? Other ideas?
