I'm definitely interested, I am stationed out of town so I would only be able to meet on weekends. 

I'm interested, I am stationed in New Mexico but my wife still lives there and I visit most weekends.

Looks like the sold comps show an ARV around $130k-$145k

@Dennis Staiger  are you going to use that data to see where the majority of cash buyers are in the area? I got a tip that locating cash buyers will show you the best areas to invest in for flips

Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I'm currently looking for investment opportunities in Killeen too. I've found a bunch of flip opportunities, but lost on the bidding of the REOs. My partner and I just PCS from Ft. Hood, but we like the market and will continue to look for properties there. We have been looking at multifamilies to hold as well and I'll send some your way if we find more.
