How does a 19 year old get started in real estate investing in expensive New York City? I know most people will say "Get a job!". I recently just quit mine, a 9-5 just isn't for me. Having a boss just isn't for me. Any advice, help, suggestions? Thank you.

How to get a real estate team in multiple states ?????

How do you become a broker, and have real estate teams in multiple states? Please answer thank you!

I am currently in the works to get my Real Estate Salespersons license in NYC. Do I have to work under a broker for 2 years? Do brokers make more than agents? How helpful is it to build a big/productive team? Please answer, thank you!

 Im new to this, but how would I work with them? Do I need to have a partnership and be represented by them? Or can I just send my contracts to them whenever I feel like it?
