@Ian Kee thank you for the feedback. What resources would you recommend to me? Are you talking about partnerships, unsecured credit...?
I am meeting with my property manager today to get my first rental on the market! I have heard lots of varying opinions about whether I should create a business like an LLC or some say I should have the house in a trust. I do plan on buyIng more rentals in the next year. What is your advice?

I am meeting with my property manager today to get my first rental on the market! I am planning to build my cash reserve over the next year as I prepare to purchase another rental. Where should I keep my cash reserves? Business checking? Some other interest bearing liquid account?
