it's much easier to set up your Core 4 and roll your sleeves up 1-4 hours away, than 1-4000 miles 

Thanks for reply , yea I’m currently looking in new Hampshire which is not a bad drive and the prices are a lot cheaper then mass but the rents are still good. If that don’t work probably have to keep looking out of state and set up the property Managment team. That’s why I was wondering if there was any places investors have been liking.  Thanks again

Hello everyone, I’m new to bigger pockets. I usually just watch the YouTube but never actually came on the site. Pretty amazing what you all do.  I live in Boston where it’s getting harder and harder to cash flow nice. I’m so indecisive on what cities out of state to start looking for multis with cash flow.  Was wondering if there is any places you guys consider much better than the rest? Thank you in advance.
