last thing I need to set up is book keeping, QUickbook desktop good? 

something to note i plan on doing private loans and house flipping down the road also.

I live in Atlanta and am looking at purchasing my first rental property. It will be a 2-3 bed 2-3 bath condo. My big question is to file it for section 8 or rent normally. Any advice or information is appreciated.
