Hi BP fam.  I am ready to start my investor career and the next step is to secure finances.  Any feedback or recommendations on a lender for a pre-approval?

Good morning BP fam.  I'm in the very early stages of getting my feet wet in this industy and would like to be as efficient as possible.  If you don't mind sharing I'd like to hear some of the steps and different routes you took on getting that first deal.
