@Colin O'Neill why’s are very important. I think it would be crucial for me to explore mine more. I know for a fact it’s not just to say I have it, I want to impact the world and my family. I appreciate your comment and kind wishes, thank you!

@Mary Mitchell I get that. Money isn’t everything and freedom is priceless. Thank you for your advice!

@Stephen Brown freedom of course but I would love the money to enjoy the finer things in life and to help others. I see your point about the just chasing money wont even allow me to enjoy it. Thanks so much for the advice!

@Frank Wong I love the way you broke that up. That makes a lot of sense. After each milestone I will learn something that will take me to the next hurdle. Thanks so much for your advice and kind wishes!

@George W. 100 million seemed like a big enough goal that even if I didn’t achieve it I would still be setting myself up for success. I appreciate your detailed response and take note in the what not to do’s, budgeting, and practical advice for small short term goals that will eventually compound into something else!

@Michael P. Very true, I’ve heard of those before, thank you!

@Robert C. Thanks for your input, that makes sense!

Hello everyone, I’m currently a junior in high school. I would like an asset amount of 100 million(not necessarily net worth) around my 50s-60s. I plan on starting to invest in RE ASAP! Most likely around 20-21 if not sooner(as I have heard 2 years of work experience is needed to secure most loans). I would just like to get you guy’s thoughts on this topic as I don’t see many people talking about 9 figure portfolio goals. Thanks for any input you guys have, stay safe everyone :)

@Andrew Cornstubble thanks so much for sharing that and your insight !

@John Krasner thanks so much for you insight? How’d you get into RE?
