Post: Buying a Preforeclosure at Auction

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for single or multi-family homes in my area and none of them cash flow unless I buy them far under market value. I have looked at mobile homes and foreclosures. Can anyone give me some guidance on pre-foreclosure auctions? I'm understanding that I can only use cash to purchase the property. What should I look out for when it comes to liens and buying a property that I can't inspect before purchasing?
