Looking to put together a sub to deal, however, I’m curious if anyone on here has a good resource for contracts, I am looking to find contracts for all seller financing. Especially sub to deals.

I am having a difficult time finding quality tenants. I have had more turnover in the last six months and I ever have. Is there any tips, strategies, or marketing platforms that I could utilize that may be better than typical Facebook market, Craig’s list and Zillow ?
