I need a commercial loan in north Jersey  for a 5 unit (4 residential - 1 commercial space) the property is off market and I want to at the very least send in a letter of intent with my offer. Please send me some great commercial lenders. Thank you

@Jonathan Castillo no. It’s there. Literally just found it a few minute ago. 

@Jonathan Castillo it isn’t on the app for some odd reason. You’ll have to log in through the browser, click on your profile and it has a tab that says member perks or something close to that. 

In the past (last year) I had no problem printing out the NJ lease forms from my computer. For some odd reason it’s now charging me $100.00. I’ve been a pro member for a few years. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
