Hello all,

My name is Jordan Falls and I'm 24 years old and currently reside in Dyer, Indiana, a suburb of Chicago, IL (roughly 25 miles from downtown).  I am currently engaged to my fiancé, Jen and we have an adopted pit bull puppy named Jackson.  I am an union ironworker in Chicago (Local 1) and have been in my current field for 5 years.

The only true experience I have in real estate is the purchasing process of my current home roughly 3 years ago.  I have been researching, reading and learning as much as possible to prepare myself for my future real estate endeavors.  I have been saving money since I started working in order finance and fund my business of fix, flip and sell properties.  My goals are to fix and flip full time in the next year or so.  After I get the hang of the process and begin making a consistent profit, I would like to begin purchasing and holding properties for a passive rental income.

My long term goals are to eventually own enough investment purchase and hold properties, that myself and my future wife will no longer NEED to work a W-2 to pay the bills.

I came to learn about Bigger Pockets through a coworker who I have come to have many conversations about investment properties with.  In fact, we have had preliminary talks about partnering up on deals in the near future.

I look forward to all of the knowledge and and advice I can gain from this site.

Thank you for reading!
