@Landon Allen thanks for reaching out! Yeah its kind of weird because I haven't started but I've absorbed so much that it feels like I'm already committed in a sense. I do think that for people like us where we have a goal that we are working towards the chance of Analysis's paralysis is much lower because we're waiting for the shot at the start of the race. As far as connecting im all for it I enjoy like minded people and being at a similar point we can hold each other accountable.

@Drew Brown hey thanks for reaching out! I was reading your bio and I respect the work your putting in. I actually work during the day in Lansing although I live in Flushing. Is that the market you invest in? If you don't mind me asking. Im curious because all the learning im doing I have a good grasp on different strategies and how to analyze properties what I don't understand yet is how to actually read a market area to know if it would fit what I'm hoping to do. As always any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated

Hello BP members!

Like seemingly every member here for some rhyme or reason I started with a copy of rich dad poor dad and the resulting Google search has led me here. I've been doing the podcasts and other self teaching methods for a couple months. Although I pick up concepts and understand things pretty easily so I find myself having some decent real estate convos already (without having done any actual investing)

I am a father of 3 in michigan and am currently building my cash reserves by working my *** off just so that starting out and moving forward I will have some cushion.

If you are investing in michigan i would love to hear what your doing in what markets if you are comfortable sharing. If not in michigan send me some love anyway who are you what is your niche lets talk!
