Dang... That's one way to get someone out of your property. Florida is always in the news for crazy things.

Thanks Brother - I need to get more accustom to their website. It isn't easy to navigate. @Andrew Daugherty

Some simple things could be;

1. Adding coin operated washer/dryer (If they don't have them in their units already)
2. Covered parking and adding a monthly charge (Not sure how well they'd like that)
3. Adding standing BBQ pits or maybe some type of play set for kids (Could harm insurance rate)

Hey @Andrew Daugherty - Did you use Zillow or a different means to find their house?
I'm trying to gain access to the local countries records prior to the homes being listed on the internet.
