@Joe Homs

Hi Joe, I have not thought that actually. Might consider it. I will be attending your meetup tonight, would love to get in contact and talk/learn from you

Looking to do my first house hack and I am currently living in Orange County Ca, with the intentions to move to Santa Barbra. Knowing the Market being so high in both these areas what would you advise, I currently have close to 60k to invest. Knowing with the FHA loan might go that route but wondering what other people would do. With real estate being alot cheaper in other states, would love to hear how they would do there house hacks.

Hi my name is Jordan Im a future real estate investor, I want to submerge myself more in the real estate world and make connections. Listening is one of the number one assets, so if theres ways I can contact other real estate investors and learn from them would mean alot. Hope everyone is well, please send a message to me if you have any leads. Thank you

Quote from @Jordan Brown: Preferably just to start understanding the market and where I can start making a return. Im currently In LA county, but also lived In norther California area. I wouldn't necessarily want a fixer upper. Preferably something ready to move in.

Hi my name is Jordan, Im currently a full time student in college. With no debt, I have about saved $50,000 that I want to start putting to use, been trying to submerge myself in the real estate world knowing its arguably the safest investment. Coming on here to hopefully make connections, or learn from those who have been or are in the same position I currently am in. Main goal is to start building a port folio, understanding the ins and outs and hopefully start lookin into property deals where the roi is high.

Hey @Jordan Brown, welcome to the BP Forum! What market/city are you in and what type of properties are you looking to add to your portfolio? SF, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF?

What is your price point and are you looking for turn-key properties or something along the lines of a "fixer upper"?

Hi my names Jordan, really coming here to potentially get in contact with people who have been or are in similar situations. I currently have about 50,000 saved and want to start putting it to use, knowing real estate is one of if not the safest investments. More so want to make connections and learn from others who have already invested and have things to teach.
