I have invested in two deals with them through on one of their partners. Still very early but have gotten direct deposit distributions after closing in time. However they are newer to the market compared to a 37th parallel or other older syndicator. Have anyone been with them for a deal that has already exited?

thanks for the update, so did the tenant pay the following months rent on time since the payment didn’t happen until the end of the month for the previous month? I had a tenant that was evicted for delaying rent regularly to the point it was always a month behind

Thx Chris, how much are you cash flowing on this property monthly and what’s your next step with spartan, are you happy enough to buy another property?

@Jim Watson  I'm reseraching more about Ashcroft capital, they seem to focus on Dallas/Houston Markets, considering doing a syndication with them since they seem to have a decent track record.  Did you ever go with them?

I'm trying to debate whether to do Crowfunding (alphaflow) vs Syndications like ashcroft

@Rob Hakes  thanks so much for sharing your experience with spartan on BP, I spoke with maureen this week and she is very knowledgeable and comes across as good to work with.

Their pro forma has a 4% vacancy and 4% maintenance expense with is on the conservative side though.

Will you buy any more properties with them based on the first purchase?

agree with chuck about the inquiry. Not every investment is a “forever” investment and shouldn’t be the only option for investors.

Thanks for doing this case study, looking forward to seeing the "after" pictures.  I will contact Spartan invest next week to chat with them.  It is encouraging to see the CEO be involved on BP and give us real numbers vs generalizations.

Thanks Victor for sharing your experience.  I'm in the same boat as you but still researching which TK to go with in memphis.  What make you pick your turnkey company over memphis invest, memphis turnkey, etc?

Looking forward to your numbers for your current deal!
