@Alex Chin

Hey Alex, thank you for the cheers :) I will and I do have some questions or more like thoughts. For example, I found out that I can use my own purchase and sale agreement but I do have to make sure and be careful to include all necessary clauses/provisions to assign the property if I am going to wholesale it. My thought was, if a property presents itself to me I would need to lock it down quick and if I dont have a P&S with me I may lose the deal. So P&S sounded like the first step to start. What are your thoughts?

@angelica

Thanks for the warm welcome :) I did look into becoming a real estate broker/agent but after talking with several firms I realized that I was going to need more money saved to sustain me if I was going to go without possible income for a while. At the moment I am looking to generate income. I quit my last job due to respiratory health problems but also because I wanted to focus on real estate. Wholeselling looks like it may be the best way to start without much or no money. I am planning to go drive around to see if I can meet an investor who is either flipping or wholeselling.

Let me know if you have any thoughts, thanks Angela :)

Hi There,

My name is Jony Villegas. Just like everyone else, I am here because at some point Real Estate Investing caught my interest and decided to further investigate it. As I researched real estate I took courses to acquire my brokers license and passed the WA state brokers exam. Needless to say, I am here and looking to expand my networking and people who I can associate with.

Thanks!
