Sprawling 60 +/- acre property in Goldston, NC featuring a 7+/- freshwater fed quarry (approximately 55 feet deep in the center). Property is not listed on the MLS due to potential use opportunities. There are structures on the property that are being sold as part of the property/land but not used for value determination.

More property details, including a full prospectus: Goldston Carbonton Road

Hey BP network - I'm new to the REI world from the side of being a direct investor. I have worked in residential real estate in North Carolina over the past 2 years (handled a couple of investor clients until they got licensed) and am ready to invest in fix & flips myself. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
