My wife and I are looking to steamroll into the real estate property with rentals and house flipping. We are complete newbies in the real estate business. This is something we are very serious about. All of the advice any of you have would be amazing. The good, the bad, and the ugly is greatly appreciated. We want to have 1 rental property in a year or at least have one in the works. Our main goal is to bring an about $10k a month before we are 30 or 35 years young. Again any advice/teachings is greatly appreciated.
