Hello everyone my name is Jon and I am new to the game of real estate in Washington, D.C. I say new but I have some experiences with it through my father and step mother, but now I am jumping in by myself. I have lived in D.C. pretty much my whole life and can see the opportunities that are available with real estate. By joining this forum I can already see that the knowledge from everyone on here is invaluable and I hope to make contributions to help someone else learn, while also giving back to my community.
