I’m new to real estate and rental investing. I have an opportunity to buy 4 rental properties that are already renovated and rented. However, the rent would be less than 1% off the purchase price and I don’t think it would break even. I don’t want to miss an opportunity but I don’t want to make a huge mistake. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you all,

Jon
