All cash? Sounds like a deal to me. Use that money to fund other investments.

I don't think you should be concerned what they do with the property. They are giving you 430k cash? Done.

I think I found the reason. You are emotionally attached to the property. This is always a disaster and I can probably guess "gurus" won''t have any answers for you because you already have emotional interest in the property.

Hi Loc, how did you come up with "you could buy the next 23 payments for $25,000"? Is this purely based on personal preference and goals?

Also, on partial note purchases, what happens if there is a default? Does the original note holder pay you?
