Hi there! I'm new to real estate investing and I'm getting into the fix-and-flip strategy. I'm looking for a wholesaler(s) to help with deal flow and I'd prefer to develop a good professional relationship with someone, but I notice a lot of companies that seem to kind of just blast deals out there on social media groups or post them here on real estate listings and I was curious if people generally find those types of deals worthwhile to explore. I imagine it's always a matter of running your own numbers on them but I'd love to hear people's general experience with companies like these.
