Hello everyone! I've been in real estate for about 3 years, now looking to invest for myself. I'm looking for wholesalers in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro area to find me properties I will buy and hold. I'm a cash buyer and as long as the price is 65% or less of current market value, I don't care the location! I also get some wholesale deals I can pass on from time to time, so let's make some deals happen!
