We can lease property from other investors but we do not "manage" other investors property - we typically do not have standing inventory so it would be better to go with a company locally that does - we do not manage vacancy in other words

@Jon Lanclos  Do you have a website or something else that explains the service that you provide and the fees?

Jon's website is

https://www.corporates.com/

That website is clunky and I couldn't get it to work.

Our website is not meant to help you make a furnished apartment to compete with us. It is meant to provide corporate housing services to our clients. So yes, it would be "clunky" in that regard. They were just sending you there to show you what's included in a corporate furnished apartment since we setup furnished apartments in all 50 states in over 75,000 cities. You are able to put your furnished request in at http://www.corporates.com

@Atul Kaushal make sure you look into doing a 1031 exchange on the property and roll all of the money into new property tax deferred
