Hi Samuel, Thanks for getting in touch. I am interested in buy and hold , cash flow properties . Looking at single family , duplex to see what cash flow would be like . Doing some research and seem like hamilton and KW area is good . What have you done or already into ? you know the KW market well ? sure appreciate hearing some feed back Thanks Jon
