If you're interested in working with a property manager, making sure they are local expert scan be one of the most important factors in making sure your rental property is profitable and up to code with local legislation and rental increases.

Having worked with @steverozenberg, Bigger Pockets contributor, professional real estate investor, and Head of Investment Education at Mynd Management, I've learned that not having a local team can be one of the biggest drains on investors return on investment.

There are some great ways to source a local team. I'm happy to tell you more if you're interested.

Thanks,

Jon

At Mynd Management, we use our own proprietary data to provide owners with the best market statistics for real estate investors in all of our 19 markets and offer all of our owners their own online rental collection platform.

Online rent collection not only makes receiving rent faster but it also prevents fraud.

If you're interested in learning more, I'm happy to help.

Thanks,

@Ryan Guffey

If you're interested in scaling your portfolio quickly, partnering with a manager can be a great way to do so. Not only does partnering with a great, national manager allow you to spend more times working on your investments, it's also a way to enable yourself to invest in several different markets ultimately diversifying your portfolio and adding less vulnerability to your assets.
