Hi, I own a triplex that has had a few insurance claims over the past 5 years (broken pipe/plumbing replaced). The latest was a kitchen fire caused by tenant grease fire. My insurance has now given me notice of termination and I’m having trouble finding another insurance company that will cover me.  Any referrals or advice is appreciated.

I am looking for leads on off-market fix and flip properties within the Salt Lake area. I would prefer to stay near the 150k -  200k purchase mark as I am able to submit a cash offer at this amount; However, I am willing to consider finance options for the right property. 

I have been utilizing other resources in search for properties including the MLS and Zillow. I am also considering "driving for dollars" this weekend to open that avenue of possibilities.

I am willing to compensate for successful leads.
