Hi Scott and Wendy,

Thanks for your kind welcome messages. I focus on condos & townhouses because as an HOA attorney I am comfortable in that environment... and not averse to clearing title or dealing with some of the restrictions. I am more interested in flipping, since many HOAs limit the number of rentals.
