Out of general curiosity, what form of financing have you used in the past for single-fam STRs? what has worked best for your investments? Also, what areas/zipcodes of the Phoenix metro has been most profitable for your STRs?  Always looking to learn from experienced investors' history!

Hey Garrett. I'm a Phoenix based REI agent. Been living in Arizona for 8 years total now with a great understanding of the market here. I would suggest looking at info sparks' data on the current and historical status of the Phoenix RE market to get an understanding of what to expect. I can give you suggestions on certain neighborhoods that are highly desirable for vacation STRs. Phoenix metro is a hotbed for STRs from September to April. Reach out if you want some tips/advice!

Welcome to Phoenix Bob! I would definitely suggest getting a realtor. Having someone knowledgeable on the local market would be huge benefit, especially within a massive city like Phoenix. Market values are difficult to get a grip of with how diverse the neighborhoods are here. Always smart to have an attorney by your side as well. Let me know if you want to connect with a local realtor. I can refer some to you!
