I currently work full-time as a Marketing Communications Manager, and have had great interest in the real estate industry--both because of the prospect of building financial freedom, but also I've held genuine fascination with the field.

I've lived in SC for 3 years--moving from VA and growing up in MD.

I would like to know of some trusted books concerning areas such as Wholesaling and other low-cash/no-cash investment approaches. I would like to use Wholesaling to eventually move me into other areas of RE investing (i.e. Buy & Hold, Flipping).

I'm in the middle of the book "The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing" but am interested in some resources that are more focused on education for those that don't currently have extra money.
