Thanks Dani!  I plan on attending on 8/1 and yes it will be great to finally meet you too.  I am excited to dive in around here and learn. I feel that even though I know a little about a lot in terms of investing, evaluating etc, there is so much more to learn. I want to get to where I know a lot about a lot. :)

Hi BP-  My name is Jon and I have lived here in wonderful Portland Oregon since the 90's. I am currently in real estate and am a residential broker in PDX.  I stumbled upon this community and have been an on and off lurker.  My primary interest is to learn more about generating passive income so I may(hopefully) retire early. Before finding BP, I began my journey primarily through reading and talking with people in my business who were buying real estate for themselves.  I look forward to hanging around here, participating, and networking.
