Good day to the community. My name is Jonathan Holmes and I'm just getting started in REI but highly motivated to achieve success. Primary interested in getting into flipping, wholesaling, rentals and building a network to achieve results as quickly as possible. My goal is to get to where My team is doing a deal a month. Ambitious, but I want the challenge.

 I decided to become a member after watching the YouTube channel.  I really appreciated the quality of the information.  There is a lot of value in the resources here.
