As mentioned above, the book published by BiggerPockets (30 Day Stay) is a wealth of knowledge that covers questions someone looking to get into the space would want answers to (like myself). Also, episode 780 on the podcast was a great listen. Jesse Vasquez gets into the topic of his B2B approach and how he talks to hospitals, construction companies, etc. to get contracts.

Resurfacing this post. I’m curious, did you end up implementing this strategy since? 

I currently house hack a duplex in Bergen County and am wondering if any North Jersey folks here have successfully implemented MTRs and what worked/didn’t.

With the new/larger Valley Hospital in Paramus and several travel nurse postings around there, it seems like that may attract some potential renters to the area (at least from a healthcare perspective).
