Greetings all. I am an eight year Marine Corp veteran beginning my real estate career via wholesaling in beautiful So Cal. I understand that mistakes will be made as I have no experience with real estate other than my wife saying to me, "Oooh Babe, look at this house". I want to make sure I do things right and minimize the mistakes. Ready to listen, learn, and be great. What should I expect as I search for my first deal?
