Thank you @George Blower.

@Marc Salloum

@Marc Salloum Thank you, do you think that we can possibly link up and just talk about some questions that i have over some lunch? If you have any free time on your hands?

@Marvin Lara

@Marvin Lara I am all about learning, I'm also loving how active everyone is and how people reach out to one another I feel it's a bonus on top of all the materials.

Hello BP, First I wanna say that my profile picture is being uploaded today, it currently shows my wife kid and I. Don’t worry it’s being updated, thanks all for advice. I’m so blessed that a friend showed me BP, it’s the biggest advantage anyone can get have when it comes to real estate. My goals here are to obtain rental properties, investors and just learn from everyone one of you. I wish to work this for the long run seeing as I have two beautiful boys that I wish to set up. I’m currently active duty military, living in the Bay Area. I know time is limited for full time workers, but I know its possible. If their is anyone who wishes to take a newbie under there wing I would be honor to listen and take all the advice you give me. I seek an awesome mentor who doesn’t mind me picking at there brain. I’m not the brightest Crayola in the box, but I’ll hustle like no other for my kids. Thank you all for taking the time to read this.

Thanks fellas, Now essentially I am looking at a property(which I'm not at the moment) what numbers do I have to look at before potentially attacking any multi family units I.E. cap rate, loans, maintenance, insurance, etc. Also if you guys know of any good source websites to look for duplexes and etc around your area that'll be helpful, I know some general sites like zillow and trulia that are not that helpful for this situation. Would contacting an agent be the best bet for this? PS. Thanks for the info my notes are being taken.

Hello everyone, I am slowly getting into the real estate business bought my first property 2 years ago and now I have it rented out. I slowly want to get into duplexes, triplexs and also quadplex properties unfortunately I have no idea how these work. Can someone please give me good references/materials or point me in the right direction on what to read? What websites are helpful and where to start? I want to ensure I fully indulge all my energy into becoming more familiar, before I go into my first duplex or triplex etc. Please guys anything helps. Much appreciated!
