I'm a new member that has been working in the rural areas of South Florida. I'm a contractor who travels building hospitals two years at a time in South Florida. I've been investing in real estate, mainly in airbnbs, and currently run 8 properties. Looking to expand into the multi family market with some strategies that I've been working on. If there is a mentor in this field I am looking for guidance. I'm a contractor and have worked in commercial contracting for 20 years and know what it takes to get jobs started and finished.
