Understood. I figured this much. We have structured an offering that is a bit more unique in that we are paying a straight dividend. No targeted IRR. We think this would be more attractive and simplistic for investors to understand. What are your thoughts?

Looking to gain more insight on raising capital in a Reg D 506(c) offering. Looks like institutions invest? Anybody have experience in this?

Haha thats great! Google isnt much  help. Seems like anyone doing these type of loans only wants to do it on residential

Does anyone know any lenders that do DSCR loans on industrial property?

Steady cash flow, long-term leases, and glamour in the unglamorous. Expectations currently are that the demand for industrial real estate will grow to 1 billion square feet by 2025! I would love to share ways that you can partner with our organization! Comment below and lets talk!
