Hi All,
I am about to close on a multifamily (2 building) total of 24 units in Cleveland, Ohio. These buildings are currently vacant (one started a rehab and is missing the finishes, and one is gutted). This is a multifamily rehab project. I am currently at the due diligence period have 10 days to close) and I am looking for a great management company that can, manage this rehab and then manage the complex. The company must be one with experience in multifamily complexes and must be managing at least a few hundred units.

Austin Pitts as far as i know the only way to get comps is from the MLS. If they are pulling it directly from the MLS so their comps should be accurate.

You mentioned you encourage all your investors ;-)

You work only in Austin or San Antonio area as well?
