Nancy,

Great, great post! What an amazing amount of information for someone just getting into the business such as myself! I am working on my plan right now - education and the gaining of knowledge being the pre-first step. I can tell your posts will be of great resource and I look forward to many more here on BP!

Jessica,

First and foremost, condolences on the passing of your Father. I lost mine 2 years ago, I know how it feels.

It sounds like you are set up for continued success and you have it in your blood. If you have a passion for the business, then carry on! If not, find your passion and live it to the fullest. You deserve it!

Best wishes on your success!

Post: Should I get my real estate license

I have decided that for me, a Real Estate license would be of great benefit in many different ways. The knowledge alone is worth the price of admission, especially sense I am just getting into the business. Is it necessary, not at all. But as another person just said - I've never heard someone say they wish they had not done it!

Great question, and great responses. I'm going to check that podcast mentioned as well!

Dave, Sounds like you and I have had the same realization! I am brand new to "the biz" as well and am in the learning phase. My plan is similar to yours although we are going about it in different ways. A 10 year plan is a great plan with the right mindset. Stay focused on your goal and you can certainly get there! I look forward to hearing of your progress here on BP!
