@Jeffrey Grieshop Thanks man! Yeah, I use Listsource and a few other sites to get other lists and usually have no trouble having them skip traced bc they come with all of the needed info. This list was sent to me by the county and it only contained the actual property address of all vacant homes in the city. Most skip tracing companies I know require you to have the property address, owners name, and mailing address. 

I just took a glance at REIPro and it may really provide a solution to this. Will look into it a little more. Thanks! I really appreciate your time.

@Nettles Mason Thank you for the advice! Unfortunately, I don't have much coding knowledge. I am considering trying to find someone to build me out a custom CRM that could do all of this though. 

Yeah I have been removing land and mobile homes. It would probably be worth paying the $0.05/per record and then skip tracing it for the numbers? It has taken me a long time just to get halfway through the list and feel like I am wasting time/money. Again thanks for the advice!

I just received a fairly large list of vacant properties in a nearby city (4,000+). I am planning on starting a cold calling, RVM, and direct mail campaign to these properties. In order to do this, I need to get all of the properties' owners names/mailing addresses in order to skip trace them. 

I am currently doing this one by one on the county tax accessors website, but there has to be a more efficient way to get this data, right? I would love any suggestions! Thank you in advance!
