Hello BP, my current situation i... I'm getting out of the military at the end of Sept. And mov no back to Las Vegas! Currently my wife and I are debt free including credit cards and saved up a decent chuck of change for retirement, mutual funds, stocks, and too much into CDs(lucky only one year at 3%). She will start work after finishing college by the time I'm back home earning approx $50k a year. We will be living with her parents and be living pretty cheap. Ultimately I want to own rental units for passive income. I'm currently working on getting my real estate license through a course online. So big question, with my situation of not necessarily needing to earn money for a year and with some cash to invest, should I work on becoming a full time agent or should I find a full time real estate investor and be his free assistant, like in all the pod casts and all the books the money will come later.
