Ma’am, I sincerely appreciate you reaching out. I financed this unit with the va loan. Moving forward, I am looking at various ways to finance my investments. Although I do have the ability to use my own finances, I would prefer not to.

I just purchased my first multi-family in Clarksville, and I am looking to expand my network, meet any local investors and Real Estate professionals in the Clarksville/Nashville area.
