I started a real estate LLC about a year ago. I buy and flip/hold real estate out of Lancaster, PA, almost all foreclosures. We hold some properties, but mostly flip them. I am always looking to improve and grow in knowledge, and will always take advice on selling (I'm not a realtor). My first year in the industry, we have bought 21 properties, and would like to hit higher numbers in year 2.
