@Cameron Tope i got a private mortage.

Hello BP. I have bought a house in south jersey, but i dont have money to fix it. Is it possible to get a type of loan to fix and then refinance to get a HELOC and pay back the loan? I want to do this becase i bought the house for incredibly cheap and after repairs i will have a lot of equity wich incan use to pay the loan and invest in future deals.
