@Victor S. Whoops, I guess it can be matched! Sorry I didn’t learn what you said til I reread what you said that most brokerages are free now. I hadn’t heard of that! Big change and much easier to trade! I do think it’s important to practice on different stock types for years before putting big money in.

@Victor S. Well the outage is a problem, but mainly for day traders. The benefits of buying and selling for free can’t be matched. I don’t really care about the stock market because I think you have to have a lot of money and a lot of staying and waiting power to not touch your money to make a profit. It’s nice to practice with a little money though for the potential to trade when you have serious money.

@Jacob Lapp I’m no expert stock guy, but I discovered Robinhood app free trading, which over the last 3 years has allowed me to foolishly trade without losing money to buying or selling itself. Stocks are a good way to lose your money if you don’t know how to judge them and what it’s like to hold through the fear, or buy the fear and sell the news. All in all, you’re simply practicing with $1,000 and nothing more. It takes money to make money in stocks, bottom line, but you better have practiced for years with little money before you’re ready to play with big money. I guess it’s true, there’s usually not a get rich quick solution.

Right now is a GREAT time to buy. Ridiculous fear over an overhyped virus. When Trump gets re-elected the stocks will roar, bottom line. ALL THIS IS JUST OPINION.

Yesterday I had an epiphany! The CORONA/ WUHAN/ COVID-19 (Virus) is exaggerated! There’s too many things at stake right now and it all SMELLS FISHY! Besides crucial elections, international economic wars, and propped up currencies, people seem to be pulling back in fear of the unknown, which is how we get OVERHYPED.

Since the fear is of a virus that showed its first outbreak in China, let’s not forget that China has had much worse viruses than this and has many virus potential environments. In Wuhan alone they have one of the largest meat markets in existence, where every disease carrying animal that walks, swims or crawls the face of the earth is butchered, sold and eaten in tight rows of vendors. Point being that they have all sorts of illnesses and viruses that they’ve been sending to the US for decades, and we weather them all. This entire thing is highlighting one of those viruses that seems to be getting undeserved notoriety, in the face of all the other viruses they have circulating in and out of China in general!

Many expert sources have largely avoided the actual numbers of deaths caused from Covid-19 v.s. the flue and factually which is more a threat to human life. Covid-19 is one of many virus that are roaming the earth due to unhealthy environments. Watch out for it, watch out for other virus, and keep yourself healthy. DONT LET THIS GET YOU OFF FOCUS of the other threats, battles and opportunities ahead and present. This thing will be milked through the election in November, but it’s hype is about to fall off!

@Joshua Van Every never waive unless it’s a total distressed foreclosure.

@Anne Williams it’s a good time to low ball offer. Some sellers will sell at the first offer that comes their way. This is the biggest bull crap drop I’ve ever seen!

@Kevin Lefeuvre I’m going to err on the side of this whole thing being a big political and financial game. Big nation and party wars happening globally. Is there a virus? Yes, along with hundreds (?) of other viruses effecting people’s health and China most likely has far worse viruses spreading around right now that aren’t the talking points. November time 2018 markets dropped significantly and people thought the recession was upon us, then we went to new heights. An act of God would be far more catastrophic if he intended mass destruction on societies. This does not have those #s. Also, God’s judgement historically is local, and the global judgement was rested after the flood and will be reserved for the tribulation. This ain’t no great tribulation folks, just another virus you have to watch out for and weather through.

@Jade Adair hard money can require you to have $15k in the bank, a purchase of $75k or greater and significant origination fees. I think your best bet could be to find another investor willing to split, or a family member to lend private money. Another creative idea for cash is checking Prosper for a peer to peer loan, but make sure you’re quick on the flip or refi as interest is high. brrrr is tough also, because of the same issue you mentioned on financing. Be very conservative on your numbers and especially time invested on your first one as it can get pricy!
