Use a date when you entered the data, run for dups, and then back out sold listings.

I've been in funeral business most of my life ( I'm 48). I've been interested in wholesaling houses for the past few years, and now I feel I'm ready. Would love to hear from some investors, I have been working hard putting together my buyers list. I would love to JV some properties and continue look for properties. Thanks Jonathan
