@Matt Jennissen You May want to join MN REIA. I am a member and we have monthly meetups and I believe they have about 1000 members. There is a cost to join, but has seemed worth it for me so far.

How do get investor pricing for repairs? I am new to investing in real estate and looking to finish a rehab on my primary residence and purchase a small multi family property. I went to a local meetup and they were talking about repairing a whole bathroom for around 3k, but everyone I spoke to wanted to charge 8-10k for just the shower and 20-25k for the whole bathroom.
