@ROGER RAMIREZ yes I’m still in contact with the owner who isn’t in a rush to sell. The house would need work to be done, and it wouldn’t be the best vacation home.

Found a ski- lake front property in odessa, Fl. It is a for sell buy owner, who is asking for 345,000. This property is 3 beds , 1 bath 1,852 sqft. And was built in 1952. On Zillow it’s zestimated at 553,726 and 381,404 on the hillsborough property appraiser website.

I’m trying to reach a goal of making 3,000 a month in passive income in 3 years. What is the best plan/ way to reach this goal?

Hello, I’m looking for my first real estate investment and I found a property that caught my eye. This house is a 2173 sq ft ,9 bedrooms, 3 full bath and i am thinking It can be converted into a duplex or triplex very easily. It looks like It will need a lot of repairs/ upgrades. The owner is asking for 109,500. Is this a good investment?
