Congratulations on your new purchase! This can be a good opportunity in tourism where people can come to shop for Christmas tree and also spend a day there. I really have to appreciate the creative brain behind this. we have a tree house build in our farm as a tourist stay. We had taken vacation home mortgage to build this and thanks to the brisk business we can close the mortgage this year.

Different mortgage brokers or banks have different criteria to approve a person's mortgage. Usually a permanent job is one of the major criteria for qualifying for a mortgage. Any existing loan can be a negative and so is a poor credit rating. You can go through this blog about mortgage qualifier to know more, it lists almost all the required factors.

This is one thing that still confuse me. What is the need of a mortgage pre-approval? I have a cousin who bought a new house recently by taking a mortgage. She had taken pre approval mortgages and she said that it makes things easier for us. How is it so? What is the exact reason one wants to take a pre-approved mortgage?

@Scott Trench has a very good point here. The amount of trash increases during move-in and move-out. But then if the trash mount up is an ongoing issue then you might have to check on that and find a solution. The best and easiest solution will be to get a junk removal bin that will hold all the trash that is generated in your apartment.

So try searching for garbage bin rental prices and get one at a reasonable price.

Post: Buying land?

I would buy the land. Real estate is a great way of investment and I am totally into it. In fact one of my first investments was a property in Markham which I had bought on the insistence of a mortgage broker. The best thing about investing in real estate is that it offers a minimum guarantee, almost 80% of the time we can be sure that there won't be any losses from this investment. i.e if you know how to invest. In case you don't know that this article here will help you, http://www.northwoodmortgage.com/mortage-questions/invest-real-estate/.

Hi everyone,

We are organizing a few strategic management games in our office and we need 4 management related team names. I have suggested 4 names which were visionaries, masterminds, brainstormers and warriors. But they didn't like the idea of including 'warriors'. I am out of ideas. Please do help me. You could suggest 4 different names if you have ideas. Or else please suggest a name that can be replaced for warriors! Also, they don't want too lengthy names. They prefer one words which are rhyming.

Thanks in advance!

Hi there, first of all, congrats on your new business. What kind of business are you starting? And have you already decided on a name? If not then you can begin with the nuans preliminary name search ( http://www.ontariobusinesscentral.ca/forms/busines... ). And after you have found an unique name for your business you can proceed to the registration part. There are many firms that now provide the service of registration of a company. With their help you won't have to deal with the legal formalities and procedures. These groups will have experts in every field and they will complete the registration process in a single day.

So try finding a good online business incorporation, they will reduce your burden.

Do you want to start a business? If that is what you want to do, try getting a loan or a mortgage to start one. Since you have learned finance real estate would be the best option for you. Getting the first mortgage might be difficult but once you accomplish that things should be easy. If you want to try your hand in real estate begin by getting advice from an expert. After that look for the best mortgage rates you can get, finalize on a mortgage only after you speak with many.

I hope things work out as you wish. All the best!

I think you have made a good choice. I have used direct mail marketing campaign for every sale and discount offers that come up in my shop. The mail marketing campaign had worked for me. I used Troi mailing services as they also print posters, so I had have to go to any other place to get the things printed. I haven
